When went to Origins I was hopeless and incapable of stringing even two days of sobriety together. After 20 years of chronic alcoholism and drug addiction, I figured my fate was sealed. To me, sobriety meant boredom and misery. With the help of amazing counselors, passionate 12 step recovery coaches and a very supportive community, I was able to find a power that allows me to live happily and purposefully in sobriety.
